Returns / Exchanges

RALLT will refund or exchange any product purchased from Rallt.com within 30 days of original purchase date. There are no refunds on shipping costs.

To start a return or exchange, email us at support@rallt.com with your order number, your email address, and the reason for return. That's it!

Warranty

RALLT products carry a 1-year warranty to the original owner against material and workmanship defects on products purchased from Rallt.com or Amazon.

Warranties do not apply to products that have been misused and normal wear-and-tear.

To start a warranty claim, email us at support@rallt.com. Provide proof of purchase (such as order number), email address, and a couple of photos of the issue. The more information you can provide, the easier it will be for us to help. It'll also help us improve our manufacturing process in the future.
